A gentle, grounded training for meditation guides, breathwork facilitators & space-holders
Breath & Bone is a 1-day immersive training for practitioners who want to guide others through gentle breathwork, meditation, and somatic journeys in a way that honours the nervous system â not overrides it.
This day is slow, sensory-aware, creative and deeply human, designed especially for trauma-impacted and neurodivergent communities.
If you want to write powerful meditation scripts, lead groups with confidence, and hold depth without losing your own regulationâthis is for you.
