S.A.D Season Survival Kit

✨ Introducing the S.A.D. Season Survival Kit ✨

As we move into the darker months, I’ve been thinking about how I can best support you through the season ahead — creating space for rest, reconnection and a little extra care when you need it most.

And so, the S.A.D. Season Survival Kit was born. A little bundle of support to help you soften out of survival mode and find your way back to yourself. 🤎

Your kit includes:

Two ASH & ROOT bodywork sessions

My signature treatment blends clinical reflexology, hot stones massage, myofascial cupping therapy and reiki. A deeply restorative experience designed to encourage you to slow down, release tension and reconnect with your body. Especially supportive if you’re feeling tired but wired, running on empty or carrying the weight of a little too much.

Two 30-minute online counselling sessions

A space to untangle your thoughts, explore your feelings and receive gentle, thoughtful feedback to help you find your way back into alignment. A place to feel witnessed, heard and supported, just as you are.

Four guided somatic audio practices

Created with intention, each practice offers a different pathway back to yourself. From strengthening your energy bodies and reconnecting with your primal wisdom, to tending to your Inner Mother and finding the courage to meet whatever life is asking of you.

Your whole survival kit for £199 (usual price £257).

That’s a saving of £58, with a little of everything to support your body, mind and inner world through the darker season.

Available for new bookings only. Once you purchase your kit, you’ll receive bespoke booking links, so you can begin whenever you feel ready and move through the offerings at your own pace.

You don’t have to wait until you’re running on empty to receive care. You’re allowed to make space for yourself, too. 🫶
