This one-day workshop is designed to give you the tools to care for your own body through the art of reflexology. You’ll learn simple but powerful self-treatment techniques to ease stress, regulate your nervous system, and bring balance to your cycle and hormones. We’ll explore how reflexology can support:
•Mental health & stress relief – grounding your nervous system and calming overwhelm
•Menstrual health – easing cramps, regulating cycles, and supporting womb wellness
•Inflammation – soothing the body’s natural healing pathways and reducing pain
No prior experience is needed—this is a space of learning, rest, and embodied practice. You’ll leave with practical routines you can use at home, plus a deeper connection to your body’s wisdom.
