MARIA ROSE BRONTE

Welcome. My name is Maria and I’ve spent the last twelve years developing my craft as a therapist.

Following my MA in English Lit in 2009, I went onto complete my PGD in Person Centred Counselling where my skills for instinctive critical thought and space holding were initially developed.

Following the birth of my first child in 2012, I launched my business and retrained as an Active Birth Educator, Postnatal Yoga teacher and Birth Doula. Across my own early years of motherhood I built large communities of women, couples and families connecting together through empowered birth education and newborn trainings.

Having given so many years to that, there came a point in 2016 where I was ready to deepen my skillset and evolve my work parallel to the evolution of my own motherhood experience. I went onto train as a counsellor for Bliss- Neonatal Support for premature and sick babies,  as well as a counsellor for PANDAS- postnatal depression support for mothers. At this point I had begun my personal journey with holistic therapies and found a love and passion for Clinical Reflexology which I went on to train in across a further 2 year diploma whilst pregnant with my third child.

Bodywork and embodiment has been a constant passion of mine for the last decade, and the more people I supported, the more curious I became about furthering my education and skillset to be a more rounded therapist. Since 2016 I’ve added further diplomas and accreditations in Clean Language Coaching, Mental Health First Aid and a 650hr Love, Sex + Relationship Coaching certification to ensure I feel fully equipped to support all of the many pieces that come with a persons healing experience.

I support a range of different people but most prominently I support neurodivergent people with concepts like burn out, chronic fatigue, self expression and regulation.

I believe that the more regulated we are within our nervous systems and bodies, the more we can create deep safety and belonging in our supportive environments, the more we can fully thrive.
